The role of “Responsible for the transfer”

The Figure of the "Transfer Supervisor"

In the quality plan, in order to achieve an actual and relevant quality a "Supervisor of the transfer" as the guardian of the chosen pathway has been identified for each territory. Every Supervisor is a stable point of reference for partners that transfer and that – making reference to the same person - can count on immediate capitalization of what was achieved during each work step, preventing the dispersion of information and time due to constant changes of interlocutors.

In this view, the supervisor guarantees of continuity for the duration of the project.

Having a transfer supervisor on the territory means also a valuable contribution in carrying out activities such as:

  • the analysis and feasibility study (he/she knows the system and its peculiarities in terms of limitations and resources);
  • the draft adaptation (the mastery of the methodology made available by the support partners ensures a real adjustment in terms of land, tools and users);
  • making contacts with local institutions in order to create the conditions for a real use of the implemented work steps.
  • the translation and testing of manuals.
  • Extended diffusion of results.
