W.P.1: Preparation of the transfer

In this WP the conditions needed in order to perceive the transfer as an opportunity have been built in each area. This has enabled the processes involving institutional and social partners necessary in the process of adaptation and use of the achieved results.

Results:

• Census of correlated products to object transferred (R1).

• Feasibility project of each area (R2).

• A project for the territorial adjustment (R3).

W.P.2: Realisation of adaptations

On the base of previous job, everyone made the adaptations to methodological plant.

The adaptation process provides the following job steps:

1. Realisation of methodological laboratories.

2. Workshop with Stakeholders in the areas involved.

3. Personalization of Tool with defined adaptations.

4. Methodological support to the job team during their adaptation process of contents and insertions in the Tool

Results:

• Tool’s adaptation project (R4).

• Customised Tools (R5).

• Methodological and governance workbooks (R6).

• Adapted contents (R7).

W.P.3: Implementation of transfer

In this phase is expected the realization of the testing of the transfer in each area.

Moreover are managed the relations with the structure in which put in the running and the servicing of the system transferred.

Finally is planned an employment project of the installed system with the institutional representatives of own area and with the partner responsible of the transfer.

Results:

• The implementation model (R9).

• Project for the use of the model (R10).

W.P.4: Publication and extended diffusion

This is the spread step in which everyone will realize some activities to implement and amplify the valorisation of transfer results.

In each area is organized a National Conference addressed to Institutional Parts, Social Parts, Managers of Training Agencies and Service Center of Job Politics. The Conference aimed at the transfer of all results but in particular at the technical, and governance, of the model implementation.

It is organized a Transnational Congress to spread the results of the transfer and to compare other experiences of standard realization in order to show the transparency, the recognition and the certification of the abilities in tourism sector.
